Service rep had excellent people skills in that he explained in clear concise terms for us to understand.

GBI attempted to purchase a policy… I attempted to purchase a policy through Neptune. I added my payment information on their website, and only then did they allow me access to read the fine print. Upon reading the fine print, I elected not to purchase the policy. But it was too late, they had already taken my money. Now they are slow walking getting me the refund and refusing to allow me to talk to senior management to get the refund turned around in a timely manner. Bottom line, no thanks, I will never use Neptune in the future for anything.

GBOutstanding Customer Service I called Neptune for a quote when I recieved a notice that my Progressive policy would not be renewed due to hurricanes. Nick Ruscio answered my call and am I Glad he Guided me thru the whole process for over 2 months , he is listens to your needs and Delivers results. GBI was very pleased to find your… I was very pleased to find your company. Obviously the proof will be should I actually need the insurance, which I hope is not the case. I could have used more assistance in determining what level and limits would be best for my specific situation, but overall I would hope I made the right choice.
