The initial Customer Service contact was very helpful and comforting in my state of anxiety. A report was taken and was told case would be assigned to another representative. I received an email from that person within a day or two, also very helpful with information on how to proceed. When the other party's insurance contacted me, I relayed the information to my representative and she took over from there.

When you call CC you will easily get to an actual person and that person will be polite, professional and knowledgable.
