The initial Customer Service contact was very helpful and comforting in my state of anxiety. A report was taken and was told case would be assigned to another representative. I received an email from that person within a day or two, also very helpful with information on how to proceed. When the other party's insurance contacted me, I relayed the information to my representative and she took over from there.

GBGeico is better Went with Calcas over geico to save some money. Worst decision ever. Horrible claims experience. Constantly having to leave a voicemail and was 1-2 days for response. When I had Geico EVERYTHING was handled by them no questions asked I didn’t have to chase anyone down. With Calcas I’m doing ALL the leg work chasing reports, finding shops, shelling out money for rentals because nobody responds in a timely manor. Avoid this company
