THFilling application was a little… Filling application was a little difficult...phone #, address fields kept bouncing back. Not really clear on me being in Thailand already. Said date of trip...well, I'm already here so just used midnight tonight until departure home. Talked to agent and they confirmed ok to buy while already in Thailand.

GBPurchase experience is lacking Purchase experience is lacking You have a great header with different colors but nothing that shows me what fields are missing. You have fields with muted colors and bold colors visually it doesn’t follow guidelines to ensure a good user experience. I had to guess what I missed because you made fields almost dissapear. There are standards for how to create a effective form for a reason and you experience is very lacking.

PTefficient but pricey Making the insurance was really easy but I would expect a brief explanation about what to do incase of... or how exactly the insurance works. the FAQ are not clear enough on those issues. Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process. A bit pricey..
