AWFUL EXPERIENCE This has been an AWFUL EXPERIENCE trying to get our kitchen refrigerator fixed or replaced. Old Republic required three repair people to come out to all tell them the same thing- ITS A POS AND THEY SHOULDN'T TRY TO FIX! The cost to fix outweighs the cost to replace. We are going on 3 weeks with out a fridge with NO RESOLUTION!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible process and protocol. Save your money and don’t do a home warranty with Old Republic.

Plumber arrived on time and clearly… Plumber arrived on time and clearly explained to me what needed to be done, then he performed the work.

The repairman arrived at the time I was told. The repairman arrived at the time I was told, he replaced the broken part but stated he needed to order another part; the latch on the door to ensure the door was latched properly.

Bad customer service/ quality of workers contacted poor The company that was contacted to perform the work was very unsatisfactory. Called to try and resolve issue with both the company that “performed the work” and old republic. Both were customer service were horrible and had no interest in helping to resolve the issue. I will not be renewing my home warranty with home republic next month.
