GBBad customer service/ quality of workers contacted poor The company that was contacted to perform the work was very unsatisfactory. Called to try and resolve issue with both the company that “performed the work” and old republic. Both were customer service were horrible and had no interest in helping to resolve the issue. I will not be renewing my home warranty with home republic next month.

GBYou need to hire additional personnel… You need to hire additional personnel so your customers aren’t on hold for over 30 minutes. Does not matter the time of day. It’s always the same LONG waiting period. Also, one of your employees is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. However, the technician who fixed our air conditioner was extremely professional and went out of his way to get the approved equipment, in spite of your company’s constant delay issues and excuses. There are major communication problems with Old Republic that need to be addressed and fixed.

GBTech was very friendly and helpful Tech was very friendly and helpful. He came out to fix our fridge, ordered the part it needed, then came back out to install it. Super easy process.

GBBest Customer Service They listened to my issue with service provider dispatched to our home. Representative took appropriate action and scheduled provider to come back to our home as dishwasher was not fixed. Their customer service is the best which is why we renew every year!
