Awesome very efficient professional understood our needs…every time we called they were very helpful…When the first company couldn’t come until the next week.. they found someone who came the next morning…Thankful that I had the home warranty..because our homeowners insurance doesn’t cover plumbing issues…So if you don’t have home warranty this is the company I highly recommend… this was our second time having to use them….Great Service each time…

You need to hire additional personnel… You need to hire additional personnel so your customers aren’t on hold for over 30 minutes. Does not matter the time of day. It’s always the same LONG waiting period. Also, one of your employees is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. However, the technician who fixed our air conditioner was extremely professional and went out of his way to get the approved equipment, in spite of your company’s constant delay issues and excuses. There are major communication problems with Old Republic that need to be addressed and fixed.
