No sense of urgency It shouldn't take me calling everyday for 4 days straight to get a technician out to take a look at my fridge that wasn't cooling. The representatives were all pretty rude when I would call and check the status, only 1 of the 7 I spoke with were actually helpful and gave me follow up call with information. My fridge was out for 8 days before someone finally came out to look at it. I was as patient as I could possibly be but it the urgency ORHP showed was pretty disappointing. My renewal was this month and the price went up significantly but I highly doubt any of their services improved, customer service included. Super disappointing company to work with.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE This has been an AWFUL EXPERIENCE trying to get our kitchen refrigerator fixed or replaced. Old Republic required three repair people to come out to all tell them the same thing- ITS A POS AND THEY SHOULDN'T TRY TO FIX! The cost to fix outweighs the cost to replace. We are going on 3 weeks with out a fridge with NO RESOLUTION!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible process and protocol. Save your money and don’t do a home warranty with Old Republic.

Best Customer Service They listened to my issue with service provider dispatched to our home. Representative took appropriate action and scheduled provider to come back to our home as dishwasher was not fixed. Their customer service is the best which is why we renew every year!

You need to hire additional personnel… You need to hire additional personnel so your customers aren’t on hold for over 30 minutes. Does not matter the time of day. It’s always the same LONG waiting period. Also, one of your employees is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. However, the technician who fixed our air conditioner was extremely professional and went out of his way to get the approved equipment, in spite of your company’s constant delay issues and excuses. There are major communication problems with Old Republic that need to be addressed and fixed.
