Great customer service! Old Republic Home Protection has been very reliable. I love that I make 1 call and pay my fee and they take care of the rest. The techs that come out have always been professional and very respectful. They took time to answer any questions I had and left zero mess. This has been a great experience.

Best Customer Service They listened to my issue with service provider dispatched to our home. Representative took appropriate action and scheduled provider to come back to our home as dishwasher was not fixed. Their customer service is the best which is why we renew every year!

Bad customer service/ quality of workers contacted poor The company that was contacted to perform the work was very unsatisfactory. Called to try and resolve issue with both the company that “performed the work” and old republic. Both were customer service were horrible and had no interest in helping to resolve the issue. I will not be renewing my home warranty with home republic next month.
