GBA friendly voice in the dark Tony was my guide to this experience. I found him to be delightful and very knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding He made sure that I understood everything,he had said, before going on to the next part. You could use more repetitive like him.

GBI thought the policy I had was the best; boy was I wrong I was so certain that I had the best Medicare Plan available that I was just going to allow the agent to do his job and I would get off the call quickly. Well Keith talked to me as if we had known each other since he was born. He listened and went to work to find be something better than what I had. We talked for almost two hours, and now I do have the best policy available. He was knowledgeable, personable, relatable and really good at being the best Customer Representative you could possibly have in your company. Thank you!

GBI spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went… I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went out of his way to go over ALL the plans that ALL the companies had to offer that would be the best for me! (Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational! He is an employee you need to hang on to as well as reward! Please tell him so for me too!

GBI spoke with Nahjair Lindsay I spoke with Nahjair Lindsay, who was well informed in terms of what I needed for a plan (PPO), which included parts a ABC and D with no monthly premium. Most of my prescriptions were under tier 1 (which he explained the lowest number is the best number). My emergency and PCP were next to nothing in comparison with my other plan. This was a good exercise for me because I had just gotten too comfortable since 2020 with my old plan. I would advise anyone to go through this process and look to see if your plan still meets your needs. Thank you.

GBEverything is as it should be for a 75… Everything is as it should be for a 75 yr. old male with slight kidney failure and a type 2 diabetic condition. My doctor and diabetic care nurse are both happy. My nephrologist probably isn't going to be happy.
