Extra Benefits USELESS! I can’t use Extra Benefits for grocery shopping as none of the partner stores are near me and stores I shop are not accepting the card. I called and wrote several times but Aetna/Nations is not responsive. Phone clerks understand but can’t help. The eyeglasses place ON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS does not accept Medicare! EXTRA benefits as offered by Aetna is USELESS to me!!

I spoke with Nahjair Lindsay I spoke with Nahjair Lindsay, who was well informed in terms of what I needed for a plan (PPO), which included parts a ABC and D with no monthly premium. Most of my prescriptions were under tier 1 (which he explained the lowest number is the best number). My emergency and PCP were next to nothing in comparison with my other plan. This was a good exercise for me because I had just gotten too comfortable since 2020 with my old plan. I would advise anyone to go through this process and look to see if your plan still meets your needs. Thank you.
