GBNot happy at all Not happy at all. I was assured that I had dental coverage with my new PPO, but when I got to the dentist, No Coverage! Luckily I had a surplus in my account that paid for my cleaning. I have since gone back to an HMO through another broker. I will have to pay for Part B again, but I will have lower copays and better benefits. Also I will be covered in all 50 states.

GBExcellent customer service. My service representative is Jasmin. She was so helpful with any questions I had. She found information I did not even ask for or know to ask. She really took the time to explain the benefits to me in terms anyone would understand. I believe she went above and beyond with her customer service and I believe she does the same with every client she interacts with. I am very pleased that Jasmin was the support person who answered my call.

GBI spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went… I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went out of his way to go over ALL the plans that ALL the companies had to offer that would be the best for me! (Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational! GBI thought the policy I had was the best; boy was I wrong I was so certain that I had the best Medicare Plan available that I was just going to allow the agent to do his job and I would get off the call quickly. Well Keith talked to me as if we had known each other since he was born. He listened and went to work to find be something better than what I had. We talked for almost two hours, and now I do have the best policy available. He was knowledgeable, personable, relatable and really good at being the best Customer Representative you could possibly have in your company. Thank you!
