Best experience ever! Had the pleasure of speaking with… Had the pleasure of speaking with L.Roche regarding our Healthcare options. When I say he went above and beyond helping us find the best plan , He made phone calls when we were not sure of the coverage we currently had . He guided us and was VERY informative. We spent over an hour on the phone making sure a new plan would cover all of our needs and our Family doctor and specialist were in the new coverages network. I would recommend when calling this company you use his extension 3429!

Nicholas was fantastic! Nicholas was extremely pleasant, informative and patient. I’m so glad I wasn’t on the phone for hours doing this. He spoke so I could understand and hear him and he covered a lot of information. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience choosing and switching insurance plans. You have a great employee!

I spoke with Nahjair Lindsay I spoke with Nahjair Lindsay, who was well informed in terms of what I needed for a plan (PPO), which included parts a ABC and D with no monthly premium. Most of my prescriptions were under tier 1 (which he explained the lowest number is the best number). My emergency and PCP were next to nothing in comparison with my other plan. This was a good exercise for me because I had just gotten too comfortable since 2020 with my old plan. I would advise anyone to go through this process and look to see if your plan still meets your needs. Thank you.
