(Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational! Lot better plan I used to be with United Health Care which I was somewhat happy but then I switched over to Anthem Blue Cross and I am so happy now with the benefits that I am receiving now. I am so glad that I switched over to Anthem. The benefits and coverage now are exactly what I have been needing.
