Upon filing a claim later that year I was told that my policy was actually "Canceled" and no longer active. I inquired on why I hadn't received a prorated refund then, for my prepaid policy, and was told that no refunds are allowed. I can't figure out why anyone would want this feature, but essentially if you click a button on the website you will lose all your coverage and this company keeps all of your money.

I ride an $8k bike and having insurance helps me sleep better at night knowing that this insurance will reimburse me if someone broke into my garage and stole my bike.
