GBThe most dishonest company we have ever… The most dishonest company we have ever worked with. After using this company before we are beyond upset. After trying to change our reservation they have taken our money and not helping with the change of dates. Not to mention they’re claiming we checked in a place in Colorado when we are in Atlanta Georgia. I’ve never had a company hold money without a reservation day and lying about a check in. My husband and I own a travel business not to mention we travel 45 times a year. Never have I seen a company work this way. I would NEVER give this dishonest company a dime of my money.

JPHorrendous experience Horrendous experience with this company. We were unable to travel due to the recent winter storm warning. All other hotels and airlines allowed cancellations, this company refused to refund our payment on the basis that it was a “weather condition”. Staff was extremely unhelpful and only copied and pasted their terms and conditions in their reply. Will never book their property again. What a nightmare.

GBI booked a ski in condo at keystone I booked a ski in condo at keystone, and when checking in they never supposedly received the final payment I sent. I had to prove it before checking in. They proceeded to put us in the wrong place with less beds than required. I asked the front desk the cost of the room we were put into and it was $1000 cheaper than the one i booked. I lost 2 days dealing with this headache and nothing was compensated for mistakes of the company. They also proceeded to charge another $500 in fees during check out. This is a shady company that is a third party to the resorts. They lack the correct information and customer service to make a stress-free vacation possible, and they steal people's money.
