Amazing customer service! Cat B. went above and beyond helping me find the perfect condo to rent for our annual ski vacation! We originally booked a condo through a different vacation rental site, but the condo sold so we had to start our search over. The stars aligned, and I found Cat! She was professional, engaging, authentic, and kind. Booking with the lodging company was…excellent Booking with the lodging company was excellent, very good to deal with BUT... we had booked our condo for five nights and unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to cut our trip a day short. I emailed our contact through the lodging company explaining the situation and she came back to me saying that the only way we would be refunded our money for the last night was if we had purchased insurance. I feel being that we were spending that kind of money, and it was a horrible situation out of our control there should have been no questions asked and should have refunded our money.

The booking agency was kind and responsive. The booking agency was kind and responsive. The hotel was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the bed was horrible. My husband has a bad back and cannot tolerate soft mattresses - we ended up sleeping on the floor.
