I am only giving you this based on your… I am only giving you this based on your cancellation policy. We are coming to Banff for a volleyball tournament and due to being a small team are unsure if we have enough players to remain in the tournament. It is disappointing your cancellation was only available up till a week before and less $100. I understand Banff is a busy destination but this policy should be looked at again. Now we are stuck coming no matter what....even if we can't be in the tournament which we still are unsure of at this moment.
