CAI am only giving you this based on your… I am only giving you this based on your cancellation policy. We are coming to Banff for a volleyball tournament and due to being a small team are unsure if we have enough players to remain in the tournament. It is disappointing your cancellation was only available up till a week before and less $100. I understand Banff is a busy destination but this policy should be looked at again. Now we are stuck coming no matter what....even if we can't be in the tournament which we still are unsure of at this moment.

CAStacy was awesome! Stacy was awesome! She helped me book a getaway for what I thought would be 10 or more people. I changed the dates and our group shrunk to 6 and she made the adjustments without complaint. She was prompt in responding and super accommodating. She also found us discounted lift tickets! I would definitely recommend your service!

GBThe most dishonest company we have ever… The most dishonest company we have ever worked with. After using this company before we are beyond upset. After trying to change our reservation they have taken our money and not helping with the change of dates. Not to mention they’re claiming we checked in a place in Colorado when we are in Atlanta Georgia. I’ve never had a company hold money without a reservation day and lying about a check in. My husband and I own a travel business not to mention we travel 45 times a year. Never have I seen a company work this way. I would NEVER give this dishonest company a dime of my money.

GBI had tried several times through the… I had tried several times through the website to make reservations without much success. I don't know what I was doing wrong, but obviously there was something. So I gave up and call directly and Stacie walked me through and got me the reservations I needed.
