I was a customer for years I was a customer for years - no longer. I had no claims, no missed payments and mailed back all documents in time. They claimed I didn't send a document and dropped my policy with no notice. I mailed said document within 2 days of receiving. They are also no longer issuing policies in CA and no chance of appeal. This is a terrible experience for a valued customer.

Clearcover Insurance one of the Best! I have been with Clearcover for the past few years and have to say it’s the best experience I’ve had with an insurance company since I’ve been driving. Easy set up, automatic payments, great phone app. Fingers crossed I’ve never had to submit a claim, but communication is easy with the app. Price is good and can recommend Clear Cover as a great insurance company. Give them a shot and see if they save you money.

This is the worst insurance company I… This is the worst insurance company I have ever seen, let alone been a customer of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My car has been at the body shop for eight weeks now, and the body shop can't go forward because of one excuse after another as to why they haven't approved my claim. They tried to pay $2,500 for a claim that is $19,000. Every time you call, you will get a different person. It's like a facade for an insurance company and could potentially be a scam. I'm suing to find out. This is the first claim I have ever made, and I've been driving for 34 years. I didn't expect this. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR INSURANCE, trust me.

I received a non-renewal notice for… I received a non-renewal notice for failure to complete a questionnaire which I never received. A company that allows you to sign up and pay and do EVERYTHING on a mobile app. Suddenly needs you to mail something in to keep coverage? Makes no sense. I also never got a call or email about this. They're just trying to come up with BS reasons to drop as many non-preferred customers for whatever reasons, morally bankrupt company.

Dropped me for no reason I've been a customer for several years... was sent a letter to fill out some basic information which I promptly complied with, and then got a notice that my insurance was not being renewed. They said I didn't fill it out completely (was missing one field). When I asked if I could resend the paperwork in to correct it, they said the decision was already made and my insurance policy would not be renewed. Nothing else to do about it, case closed. Shadiest company ever!
