I picked clearcover because they had… I picked clearcover because they had the cheapest quote for a 23 year old driver with a new car. I like whole digital insurance card and paperless aspect of the company too, and the fact that I can bring up my id offline. I recently interacted with customer support to change something in policy and the rep was super friendly and resolved my problem in a few minutes. I don't know how they handle claims yet but other than that I'm really liking my experience so far.

THATS WHAT IM DOING NOW THANK YOU.

Amazing customer service for claim process Was in a car accident and our car was eventually deemed totaled. From the very beginning Clearcover was super helpful and quick with the process. Our adjuster Celeste Medina was so amazing and kind and always just a phone call or email away. We were clueless in the whole process and she was extremely productive to always give insight and keep us posted on what the next step was going to be. She made a very stressful time in our life a lot easier.

Stay Clear! I had the insurance for a year and upon renewal it went up considerably (around $100) without me filing any claims. Ironically, I hit a deer and submitted a claim. Two days went by without anyone from Clearcover reaching out, in spite of the advertised 24 hour turn around. I called and missed the call back, I called back and left another voice message and received no call back. Waited a few days and left a message, no call back. Called again 3 days later and still no call back. I dropped them and they refunded my money right away. Hopefully they will take care of the claim soon. It has been 7 days since the wreck without any idea of what is going on.
