GBA great company providing a much needed service This is a great company providing a much needed service for people like me to have the coverage wanted and needed even though I rarely drive right now. It’s easy, convenient and so much more affordable! I haven’t had any tickets or accidents but my conventional insurance company went up over $25 per month! According to them, it was to recoup financial losses because of other drivers’ accidents. Thanks Mile Auto for treating me with respect!

GBDONT DO IT SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. Their customer service line says their hours of operation are from 9am-6pm. Yet I have called doing those business hours numerous times to get the message “our office is currently closed. I attempted to cancel my policy and have received no confirmation or reimbursement in 10days. I called the claims li e as it was the only way I could speak to a human. They said they have no knowledge of why customer service is always closed and cannot help me. ridiculous.

GBThey don’t report They don’t report so when you go look for other insurance it will be like you didn’t have insurance for however long you were with them. They “don’t record phone calls” so it doesn’t matter what they say to you, they won’t honor it when you call back to discuss it further.

GBMile Auto has no sense of good work… Mile Auto has no sense of good work ethics. They are broad daylight thieves. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mile Auto, and I must express my profound disappointment with the level of service I received. From start to finish, my interactions with the company were nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. I was overcharged for a premium and when I asked them about it, they kept evading the question and gave unreasonable explanations. I kept pushing until they finally said they had a problem with their system. First and foremost, I'm glad I did my due diligence, otherwise I would have been cheated. Mile Auto are crooks

GBDON'T USE MILE AUTO! DON'T USE MILE AUTO!! I ignored all the terrible reviews here and used them anyways but they are a TERRIBLE company! They have poor customer service. Jeannie Rappold and the poor customer service would treat you like SCUM. I was extremely fortunate enough to gain more from them than I spent
