GBBad experience I was an owner who placed my RV with this company. Definitely a mistake. Over $5000 worth of damage due to lack of inspection and maintenance. Attempts to reach both the Denton, Tex location and corporate headquarters have been ignored. Never received a final statement or rental proceeds for the last month the unit was with them. Really regret my decision to do business with ADV.

GBI think the price could’ve been lower I think the price could’ve been lower, it wasn’t the camper we were expecting. Pictures are deceiving. The strictness on the times to pick up and drop off by, were understandable yet too strict. Next time we rent from there, we will look at them all beforehand and decide which one we want to rent, no more online site unseen renting.

We have rented various units from ADV and have always been impressed with their customer service and expedient check-in/check-out process. We have recommended friends and family and will continue to do the same for folks who just aren't ready to own an RV.

GBPoor customer service went out of town…Broken promise Poor customer service went out of town generator stopped working no refund say I damaged roof found out wasn’t my fault then to say windshield was damaged after I made a mark from all the cracks that is where it ran from. Will do anything to keep damage deposit money

GBEquipment needs to be worked on and… Equipment needs to be worked on and reimburse customers adequately when they spend as much time working on or having equipment worked on. I definitely will never use them again. Was not worth money spent. If they would have reimbursed me adequately it probably wouldn’t set so bad. Very disappointed.
