GBMy platform hung My platform hung, Scheduled a phone support. The tech was super knowledgeable, but what I liked to most was the ease of communication, he understood every thing I said and I understood him. He's sharp keep him, also I asked him how to duplicate a chart, he showed me how, it's so easy (once you know the magic trick) love the software and the support. Thanks

GBAdrian was extremely helpful Adrian was extremely helpful and efficient. I have been fighting this problem for 3 days now and was not getting answers from my third party supplier. Adrian focused in on the problem immediately and had me up and running in less than 15 minutes. After having a frustrating 3 days and having an Adrian quick fix, I closed down my computer and played a round of golf. Thank you Ninja Trader. George R

GBI'm new to NinjaTrader I'm new to NinjaTrader. The platform is easy to trade on, but difficult to maneuver to other pages and to find help. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The first time I made a deposit it was available the next day. I requested another deposit 3 days ago, it came out of my bank account the next morning and still has not appeared on my NinjaTrader account. I got a margin call and a fine yesterday. Today I'm just out of the deposit. I'm told there is a 3 day hold? It's been over 3 days.not at all like any other platform I've used before. I'm sure I'll learn my way around - eventually. The charts and ladder are easy to use.
