I can't speak to what the company is… I can't speak to what the company is doing well but the young lady that assisted with the issues I was having was a delightful and pleasant as she resolved my issues.

Often times people take their time to… Often times people take their time to write a negative review based on a bad interaction very few take thr time to write a good one. I had an amazing interaction with my support agent. He was very kind knowledgeable and thorough he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me connect all of my account. Ninja trader needs to hire more special agents like him. Thank you for an amazing interaction.

So glad Zackery has been working with my corrupted Ninja 8 platform for the last 2 days. Today he cleared my problem using "Team". While we had to repair the platform he was able to save my connections and most of my template info. He was very thorough and made sure I was back up and working with out any additional issues. This was done with a pleasant professional manner! Was very pleased with the outcome.
