SGAdrain B Adrain B, was excellent in following up. Our time zone difference was between changes in Daylight Savings times and Singapore. Their day is close to my midnight. Adrain was polite and effective in reinstalling my NinjaTrader 8 to my local computer, rather than the previous install that went to OneDrive automatically, without my knowledge. Adrian was able to migrate my templates and settings over correctly, without me having to redo them again. It Saved me a lot of Time! Thank you Adrian B. (of NinjaTrader 8 Technical Support) once again!

GBJoshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company. GBClayton was exceptional in all matters Clayton was exceptional in all matters. His response time was so prompt over a 5 or so day period we messaged back and forth. Typically dealing with larger companies, I expect 24 hours or so at the earliest. I was getting responses sometimes in the matter of minutes. He went well above and beyond to help me with running test, trying different data providers, trying different indicators and so on. I really appreciate everything Clayton did and leaving a small note here to compliment him, is the least I could do for all the time and effort he put into helping me.
