GBJoshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company. GBMy platform hung My platform hung, Scheduled a phone support. The tech was super knowledgeable, but what I liked to most was the ease of communication, he understood every thing I said and I understood him. He's sharp keep him, also I asked him how to duplicate a chart, he showed me how, it's so easy (once you know the magic trick) love the software and the support. Thanks

GBJoseph was excellent! Just had an initial orientation session with Joseph C. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and quite helpful getting me set up to begin simulation trading on Ninjatrader. Joseph told me to reach back out to him whenever I need more help and I'll certainly do that.
