Everything was explained clearly and… Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Questions were answered with thoroughness. The time spent was not wasted and was geared to to answer questions or inquiries asked and anticipated.

I would not recommend using this… I would not recommend using this company. The staff is incompetent (exemplified by emails that don't make any sense because there are no full sentences). Additionally, when forms are sent to them by other institutions (such as the precious metals brokers) they are completely ignored. When calling to ask why the action has not been taken, the reply is "We did not receive the form". To my response "Yes it was sent on this date and this date AND a third date" the answer is "OK, I will go look for it". They charge fees for every little thing, an egregious amount in my opinion.
