Was with them for years Was with them for years. Had to beg for a credit limit increase. Had not had one in two years? Their own marketing campaign offers 1000 starting credit line. Mine was 1050. I got discover with 7500 starting limit. Several others with high limits, but continental finance? Oh no we can't do that. If your desperate. This is your kind of place. Bye. Closed the account. Was told I can come back anytime? Uh no

The representative went above and… The representative went above and beyond to assist me. Because of him I was able to get my rental car. He stayed on the phone until the process was complete.

Natasha was very nice and very helpful… Natasha was very nice and very helpful to me. But I will say the new updated system via the app is not as good as the first. I called today because I went into the app and paid my bill only to get a txt saying my bill was due today. So I went back into the app just to see tht even though it said payment was made it didn't process and I also paid again before calling customer service to make sure tht payment went through and Natasha notified me tht that payment did not show in the system so I had to make the payment through customer service. I hope this problem gets resolved

Representative was very helpful (from authorized person on behalf of Mrs. Perez) The representative I spoke with today was very helpful with my problem. I had made payments on the Build website that did not show up as scheduled payments, even though I had talked to someone else about the matter the first time. Upon finding out today April's payment was over $100, I contacted the company. After explaining the situation to the representative, she made sure adjustments to the account were made quickly. She was sympathetic and understanding of the possible site problems I had experienced and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative of the way she handled my problem.
