GBGreat Customer Service!! I was very upset when I called because I had already made my monthly payment early and couldn’t understand why my minimum due for new statement was doubled and late charge fee was added! The customer service rep Shatae was very calm and stated she needed my information so she could look at my account. After reviewing my account she stated I made payment before next bill cycle so it wasn’t counted as a payment. She explained the matter to very clearly and calmly. I complimented her on excellent customer service and I felt better but will be careful about paying before closing date.

GBAfter some initial confusion After some initial confusion, your customer service person was trying to take care of my issues. with the help of the supervisor was troubleshooting and I am very satisfied as far as the acct. there only remains the correction of the credit report of late and missed payments to finish. Your representatives were very good and tried to keep pleas3ent with this old crouch. you best keep them both as they are excellent assets to Continental.

GBNatasha was very nice and very helpful… Natasha was very nice and very helpful to me. But I will say the new updated system via the app is not as good as the first. I called today because I went into the app and paid my bill only to get a txt saying my bill was due today. So I went back into the app just to see tht even though it said payment was made it didn't process and I also paid again before calling customer service to make sure tht payment went through and Natasha notified me tht that payment did not show in the system so I had to make the payment through customer service. I hope this problem gets resolved

GBGreat card and Customer service I’ve had my build card for some time and have never had an issue. They even provide credit increases frequently as long as you request an update. Customer service has always been great with answering any questions or solving any issues.
