The representative went above and… The representative went above and beyond to assist me. Because of him I was able to get my rental car. He stayed on the phone until the process was complete.

This is the worst card I've ever dealt… This is the worst card I've ever dealt with, you're penalized for never missing a payment, but paid early smdh!! After 3 years of never missing.. The supervisor refused to come to the phone the workers are not qualified at all!! A bunch of cowards the worst card I've ever experienced, honestly!!!! Renee J

Was with them for years Was with them for years. Had to beg for a credit limit increase. Had not had one in two years? Their own marketing campaign offers 1000 starting credit line. Mine was 1050. I got discover with 7500 starting limit. Several others with high limits, but continental finance? Oh no we can't do that. If your desperate. This is your kind of place. Bye. Closed the account. Was told I can come back anytime? Uh no

some one charged on my card without my… some one charged on my card without my knowledge or permission online for an app I don't have or use. The first CSR i spoke to said they had tried 8x to charge in January but was not approved. Not sure why but got an email stating my subscription was active and charged. Not sure why my card never notified me that something suspicious was happing to my account in Juanary. Had to call and report my card as fraud being made. Card has been canceled but not sure if the charges will be removed since I didn't authorize this charge.

After some initial confusion After some initial confusion, your customer service person was trying to take care of my issues. with the help of the supervisor was troubleshooting and I am very satisfied as far as the acct. there only remains the correction of the credit report of late and missed payments to finish. Your representatives were very good and tried to keep pleas3ent with this old crouch. you best keep them both as they are excellent assets to Continental.
