GBHard Assets Alliance, spend your money elsewhere. I opened my account with Hard Assets Alliance about 6 months ago, and have been increasingly disappointed. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond to inquiries. They take not minutes or hours, but DAYS. I placed an order from my funded account, and seven days later they still have not shipped my order. I also tried to withdraw settled funds, but HAA stated (two days later) that I needed to re-validate the very bank account I had been funding my HAA account with the entire time. Additionally, Hard Assets Alliance has hidden charges and very high shipping fees. There are plenty of other precious metals companies available that charge a small spot over price and free shipping. Look elsewhere as HAA is slow and shady.

GBMisleading, worst precious metal company around. Set up delivery from same vault but made me pay 3 shipping fees of $40 each. Then items were not received but when calling FedEx they were returned to shipper. Items not returned to vault and emails and phone calls have been ignored. I would stay far away. I will never buy from them again. Horrible experience.

GBGreat customer service from Hard Assets… Great customer service from Hard Assets Alliance. We recently redeemed all the assets we had, and wanted to close the account. However, we had a concern that we might not be able to access the account history online. Got a quick email back assuring us that we could still access the history. Asked them to close the account, and it was quickly done. A pleasure!

GBJanelle was so patient and wonderful Janelle was so patient and wonderful . I don’t write many reviews but I wanted to express how helpful she was . My sister and brother in law have dementia and Alzheimer’s . Luckily they filled our POA but we are still in process of finding their accounts and understanding what I need to do . She was helpful in clarifying what Entrust Group is and hard assets . I once again want to say how much I appreciate her patience and explanation with such clarity and caring !
