Superb Staff In a word ~ "superb" staff. Inexplicitly, my attempt at changing my email address and password prevented logging into my account at an inappropriate time (during an acquisition). Due to the proactive actions of Leslie Means and the tech skills of Ricardo Esteban Villarreal the problem was quickly resolved. Leslie followed up to ensure that I was able to make trades. What sets these two individuals apart ~ Leslie's genuine empathy (at a "trying time"), her resourcefulness and tenacity; and Ricky's friendliness and critical thinking. I've been with Bitcoin IRA since May of… I've been with Bitcoin IRA since May of 2021. Their most valuable asset is the live customer service, a rare commodity these days. I have called many times and have never had poor service. They answer the phone promptly and are some of the most friendly folks I've had the pleasure to talk with. They truly care about providing the best service available. I enjoy the APP and it's ability to allow me to set alerts when a coin reaches a certain desired price so I may jump in and buy/sell immediately. As I understand it they intend to provide limit orders in the future, so until that happens this is the next best thing! I have read other reviews of people disappointed in the fees, but that is just like anything else. If you want quality, you are going to pay a bit more for it. I'm willing to do that because security is my number one issue, especially with cryptocurrency. Why would anyone compromise on that with a retirement account? All in all, this is the best company I have seen out in the self-directed crypto retirement account world and I consider myself fortunate to have found them!
