I was skeptical of Sebonic when I … I was skeptical of Sebonic when I applied for a refinance via Bankrate. I hadn't heard of the company and went strictly off of the reviews. My peace of mind was put to rest by John Ruskin (Loan Originator) and Cy Lokuan(Loan Processor). Both individuals are highly responsive, diligent, and accurate in their work. In the end, Sebonic actually ended up having the cheapest rate, APR, and fees. This was compared to Guaranteed Rate and Chase. I would recommend Sebonic to any of my friends for a re-finance!

Great Refinance Experience We highly recommend working with Sebonic Financial. We worked with Shawn Croat, one of their loan officers. Shawn provided outstanding service in refinancing our home. We could not have chosen a better loan officer. He was easy to work with and we will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family.

Sebonic has the most unknowledgeable Sebonic has the most unknowledgeable, asinine, robotic underwriters, I have ever dealt with. After THREE arduous weeks of paperwork, uploading new documents nearly every day, And having to INCREASE my home insurance coverage with a check up front, to please them! At the last minute, a week before closing, they denied my refinance. Bait and Switch? They offered, at the last minute, to 'restructure' my loan. Right. No. Could I just say, the woman I had to deal with, must have a life questioning moment, any time she has to check the "I am not a Robot" box.

Great Experience! I'm not the type to give anybody compliments, but I highly recommend Sebonic, especially my loan officer, Justin Fry. He was fantastic, unlike my previous loan officer at another bank. He was honest, up front, and handled everything with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend Justin. You can count on him! I will definitely contact him again in case I need to refi again.

Not only did we receive a good rate but It only took 3 weeks to refi our home. Michael Fienberg did a great job of keeping the process moving forward and was really quick to respond to my questions.
