The Capsule Water Fountain is the best! I'm very happy with the design of the petlibro capsule water fountain. It's far better than the other fountains I've purchased before. The water is entirely enclosed and doesn't spill when full. Being able to use the spout or not is a nice touch as well. It's well built and easy to clean. Such a great product for a reasonable price.

works great… I purchased through the petlibro website and it was easy and user friendly. My products came quickly, nicely packaged. The water capsule fountain set up was a breeze. I YouTubed the automatic cat feeder and so the setup for that was easy too. Everything is working great and I recommend these products.

Petlibro wireless water fountain Recently I bought a wireless water fountain. The product looks nice, but unfortunately does not fit its purpose. If you want to use the wireless function, the water does not run, just runs based on motion, which puts my cats out. Tried to return the item, but I was out of the 30 days and I was in the process of trying to teach the cats to use it. Dispite the issue, the customer service was very good. They sent a request to see if the product can be improved and also offered 30% off due the fact that they cannot refund entirely. I found it a good gesture. Not what I want as a product (pretty but not fit to its purpose).... but reasonable response and attitude.

Customer Service, not good Products are awesome, customer service is not good. No phone number, what is up with that? Ordered filters for water fountain two weeks ago never came. Emailed customer service to find out the package was lost. I am now out of filters making my product useless. I asked for free overnight shipping since it is their issue only to be told I will have the package in 3-8 days. Great I was told that about the first package. I have spent a lot money with this company on feeders and fountain. I guess once you have purchased the product, they don't care about their customers.

Overall great fountain, but a couple design tweaks would make it perfect! Overall, we are very happy with this water fountain and I would have given it 5 stars except for two design issues. The first is the lack of ease in opening it up. Once the lid is pressed into place creating the proper suction for the pump, it's difficult to get a good grip to open it. I've tried not pushing the top down too much but then the flow seems a bit low. Mainly we use a butter knife to pry it up. So if some type of handle could be included in the design, that would be very helpful. The second request would be to have a glass see-through window in order to see exactly how much water is left in the reservoir. I've had a couple close calls with water getting almost below the pump. If those changes were made, this would be an ideal cat fountain as far as we're concerned!
