I am so thankful that I did not. Ron walked me through every document request, every new form, every new twist on getting to closing. I am not an easy man to work with. I raised my voice on the phone more than once but Ron hung in and calmly explained every number, every concern, every potential difficulty. And we made it. Ron Greene is a damn good man, who knows how to do his job and make it possible for all parties to come together at the end and all necessary papers are now signed. Poor service so far Terrible, been waiting weeks and weeks for an update on my mortgage application/ valuation only to keep being told each week 'it will be looked at this week'. I understand delays with COVID and high numbers of enquiries but very bad service and getting no where
