Opportunity to improve. In honesty I'm very happy with HomeUnion. The only concern I have is getting a statement on the repairs and accounting issues. I had to call many times to get information on repairs and the checks for I sent were never accounted for. I had to get complete statements and talk to Mr. Metz ( Who's been great at helping me) about the money that was owed to me. I want to see where the money is going too and a copy of the repair statement. I want to continue to work with you guys but the accounting and repair statements are an area that I want to see improve before i purchase another property. Thank You

Horrible Horrible ! We havent seen a dime for either rental property. Just fake expenses with no receipts and no one ever responds to emails or calls. Its a big black money hole

Simple and smooth experience We had a very smooth and positive experience with Homeunion. They were very knowledgeable and present throughout the process to take us through all the steps. They allowed us to invest in an area that we were not familiar with and made the whole process very little time-consuming. We would have not been able to make such an investment without them! What an Incompetent Company. What a terrible experience. I mean terrible. Home Union is completely incompetent. From purchasing the home to managing the property, Home Union has made this experience a giant headache. Everything cost WAY more & took WAY longer than they projected. It took them 2 months to rent the place. When the tenants moved out a year later it took Home Union 45 DAYS just to tell me what the rehab cost would be. 45 DAYS of unnecessary vacancy! That's a loss of 10% of my properties annual earnings! My account manager Jeff Metz doesn't respond to emails for weeks at a time. And I just learned that Home Union is currently offloading their clients to other companies because they're getting so many complaints. What an incompetent company. Stay away.

HomeUnion provides a platform and a team of Professionals that help to mitigate the risk when investing in real Estate. I have one property that has been performing, as predicted. I have heard skeptics of HomeUnion complain about the some of the purchasing fees involved in working with HomeUnion. I feel that the fees are appropriate. If you think of the time, and money you would spend to research properties on your own HomeUnion is a bargain!
