GBSimple and smooth experience We had a very smooth and positive experience with Homeunion. They were very knowledgeable and present throughout the process to take us through all the steps. They allowed us to invest in an area that we were not familiar with and made the whole process very little time-consuming. We would have not been able to make such an investment without them! I already recommended Homeunion to several friends who are looking into real estate

GBThe best Real Estate Investment Company in business. I wish to take the opportunity to express my thanks to the entire staff at HU. I began by cautiously making my first investment at the beginning of 2017. Because of the expertise of the HU staff, I have just completed my third investment in December. This company knows the business like no other. What a great team to work with. Because of my limited knowledge in real estate investing the staff at HU made the process extremely easy. They couldn't have made me feel more comfortable with all three transactions. Jeff Metz, my "go to" person defines the term professional. My sincere appreciation to everyone for your help. Thank-you again HU

GBHomeUnion is a Trusted Partner HomeUnion does a great job managing and tracking everything to do with owning a rental and makes the process much easier and less stressful. They are very responsive with any questions or issues that may arise and their snapshot on your investment is easy to understand. If you decide to own a rental this is a very good partner to have.

GBWhat an Incompetent Company. What a terrible experience. I mean terrible. Home Union is completely incompetent. From purchasing the home to managing the property, Home Union has made this experience a giant headache. Everything cost WAY more & took WAY longer than they projected. It took them 2 months to rent the place. When the tenants moved out a year later it took Home Union 45 DAYS just to tell me what the rehab cost would be. 45 DAYS of unnecessary vacancy! That's a loss of 10% of my properties annual earnings! My account manager Jeff Metz doesn't respond to emails for weeks at a time. And I just learned that Home Union is currently offloading their clients to other companies because they're getting so many complaints. What an incompetent company. Stay away.

THShort and sweet Short and sweet, I talked to a guy that only wanted to know what kind of money I was able to fork over to THEM, I was told that for a 100k house I would need $50k because they only work with real numbers...haha. That's 50% for purchase price by the way. My last purchase was $100k, 20% down payment, and 4% for closing costs, for a total of 24%. All these fees will never add up to another 30%. You're suppose to help investors. . This guy was wanting 50%. I get that we would pay a premium for out of area investing, but anyone could just hire whats commonly known as a real estate agent and only pay 6%. Bottom line , they are over priced, and basically not a company I would trust to treat you fair.
