No customer care The customer service has gone down, down, down. Its a shame as I was hoping to work with this company for a long time but their constant employee changes, to failure to do what I ask and refusal to answer my questions has become unacceptable. Look for other competitors

Horrible Horrible ! We havent seen a dime for either rental property. Just fake expenses with no receipts and no one ever responds to emails or calls. Its a big black money hole

HU Review I generally had a good experience through the buying process. My only concern would be that the online platform can somewhat understate the amount of cash equity needed to complete a transaction, especially if rehab is required. I'd consider changing how that's presented. Equity holders may need a bit more basis than what appears on the HU financials.

HomeUnion provides a platform and a team of Professionals that help to mitigate the risk when investing in real Estate. I have one property that has been performing, as predicted. I have heard skeptics of HomeUnion complain about the some of the purchasing fees involved in working with HomeUnion. I feel that the fees are appropriate. If you think of the time, and money you would spend to research properties on your own HomeUnion is a bargain!

Homeunion has a customer service and… Homeunion has a customer service and communication issue. They really don't communicate with you. They sold our account to another property management group and let our rental property insurance laspe. We've since found our own coverage happy to be away from Homeunion. A year later, we get a new insurance policy from an agent we never heard of. For whatever reason, Homeunion put in an application for a policy without our authorization even though we have no association with Homeunion for over a year. Check out their fees before you use them - they are exorbitant!
