My Pet Prints Car Decals Everyone who sees this decal on my car thinks it’s the coolest thing ever! I’m very proud of it, and I’ve already recommended Mypetprints to some of my friends and family! Needless to say they are pretty jealous of my decal😉 The print itself came out even better than I expected it to! Every pet owner should have their furbabies displayed for the whole world to see. I even purchased another decal of my other dog, so now I have a decal on both sides of my car! Haven’t received my purchase and I… Haven’t received my purchase and I ordered it on May 2nd. On May 27th they emailed me the shipping info and to this day it still says the package has no tracking information yet and they are waiting on the shipper. I informed them countless times and finally a week after they tell me they will send another one. We are approaching two months and I still haven’t received my car decal. I am disappointed because the proof was so good and I really want it. Is this a fake fraudulent company? What should I do? My name is Christina Thomas and my order number is 13801. Nice people. Lousy Service. Still waiting. I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

TOP NOTCH I have ordered 4 times from Mypetprints.com in the past 2-3 months. With each new item arriving, and being "better" than the last, I cannot wait to order from them again. The uniqueness of personalizing an item with a photo of a beloved pet, a part of ones family, truly a brilliant idea. Just wish I would have found them years ago! The customer service is unparalleled as well. Top notch company.

Perfect! The sticker is absolutely perfect! It took quite a while for it to ship, but when a friend ordered they got theirs much quicker so I imagine the delay had something to do with the coronavirus. Most definitely worth the wait. Received an email with the design for approval before shipment. It looked/looks just like my good boi. Grateful for the talented artists and wonderful customer service.
