If I could give this company a zero I… If I could give this company a zero I definitely would do that. I applied for a loan was approved received a welcome letter and also the signed agreement that showed my loan number and payment schedule. Next day there was nothing deposited into my checking account. When I called them to request the status they said that my loan wasn’t approved which was confusing since I have received all the other documentation saying that I was approved. Lastly, no communication was made on their part to let me know that they were breaching the agreement and not holding up to their responsibility. So, I tried to speak to a manager however they would not accept my call so if this is how they do business then I do not want to be one of their customers and I would advice anyone else to not use them for loan services.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I PAID OFF MY 3RD LOAN WITH CASHAMERICATODAY EARLY. MY DUE DATE WASN'T UNTIL NOVEMBER 2020. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I CALLED WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I SPOKE TO DAVID FIRST WHO EXPLAINED THAT I COULD PAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD TO AVOID A 3 BUSINESS DAY DELAY TO RE APPLY. HE TRANSFERRED ME TO JOSHUA WHO WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AS WELL AS OFFERED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I DID NOT THINK TO INQUIRE ABOUT. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK VERY LITTLE TIME YET HE COVERED EVERYTHING I NEEDED FROM START TO FINISH. I HOPE HE IS RECOGNIZED AND APPRECIATED FOR HIS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I got the loan and I had used them… I got the loan and I had used them before but their annual rate has skyrocketed.It is now 333.9017percent So I borrowed 200 dollars and I am paying payments that amount to 399.00 in interest for 12 payments. So all total of paying back 599.00 dollars. Will pay the amount off in one payment of 260.00 dollars so I don't have installment payments. Be careful if u use them Try to just use them for 1 month.

It's not something I would do again It's not something I would do again, what you borrow versus what you pay is just grossly misporportionate. The added amount to payoff is a good way of keeping you from paying it off. Honestly I would much rather have never had this experience. Stay away from this type of loan or anything like it go pawn something, you've been warned.

Horrible service Horrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. And the employee Jason (I’m sure that’s not his real name) was not any help at all. He said I was approved then he said I wasn’t approved. And from the looks at the other reviews this happens all the time with this place. Never referring this place to anyone
