GBsponsors should be required to report quarterly. i own 10 projects over the past year. After a learning curve the process improved. The moderators of the webinars need to dress and present as more professional and business oriented. The sponsors are mostly poor at even quarterly updates. I have found them to be responsive to questions but seems crazy that they need to answer similar questions repeatedly when more regular reports would solve the problem.

GBPlatform is still good but investment… Platform is still good but investment oppty are difficult to get in. Looks like you may have too much demand and no supply. I have participated in 12 deals across different geography and assets. Performance: Just ok. Though we are facing unprecedented times none have performed exceptionally well and some deals are struggling. Transparency: CS can do better. Seems like CS only cares about raising fund after that we left on our own. You guys need to scrub projections better, seems to me sponsors are paining rosy picture which may be aggressive at times. I am not sure how accurately or completely you disclose performance on realized deals for checking track record CR: could be better, asking to fill out survey forms means you are getting very big and no more niche or boutique.

GBPlease do not invest with CS Please do not invest with CS, they look to me completely broke. Please do not invest with CS. I am trying to login my account and cannot for more than one week. Nobody is returning the phone or email address. I am locked out my account during the tax period for more than 10 day . Do not invest with them, they are broke financially.

GBCS brings many deals to the public CS brings many deals to the public, from many companies. You can invest in company A and may wait a while until another opportunity presents itself on their platform. NO WHERE does CS state your ability down the road to invest directly with Company A in a completely different venture will be blocked by CS!! This is wrong on so many levels. Greedy? Maybe. Deceitful? No doubt. Someone you want to do business with? Hell NO.

GBEarly on it Was Good, But Now Lacks Customer Service Early on, I really liked Crowdstreet. I think they grew a little too fast and customer service took a nose dive. It became too difficult to get into investments that I liked and several deals were not well vetted and the operators failed to perform or even provide basic accounting and Crowdstreet did very little to assist the investor. They never seemed to care about the investors, just making their cut of the deals. After investing just over a million dollars through Crowdsteet, I stopped even looking there for deals and now invest elsewhere.
