I invested $25K in the Link Apartments… I invested $25K in the Link Apartments (Post Investment Group). The quarterly reports are incomplete. They were supposed to use the money to refurbish around 200 apartments and now they claim they don't plan on doing this with no explanation as to what they plan to do with the money. No matter what question I ask I never get a direct or complete reply. I feel totally scammed.

Retirement For years, I've been trading in search of the ideal platform to increase my retirement savings. I made the decision because they seemed ideal. Unfortunately, it turned out I almost got ripped off! My money was disappearing from my account and emptying it. Thankfully, “Calmo “shub“ assisted me in getting my retirement money back, found the missing monies, and forewarned me about future deals. It's a relief, and I've decided to invest safel.

Most things are done well Most things are done well, still a little too much time between approval of each step, especially funding. Very disappointed in Crowdsteet Blended Portfolio II. 1) K-1's for my 20 individual CRE investments are to me by April 15th, the portfolio should not take til September 15th. 2) Before investing, investors were told we would not have to file individual state K1s then after you had our money you reversed on that. I NEVER would have invested knowing I would have to file up to 20 state K1s. Very upset about this.

Early on it Was Good, But Now Lacks Customer Service Early on, I really liked Crowdstreet. I think they grew a little too fast and customer service took a nose dive. It became too difficult to get into investments that I liked and several deals were not well vetted and the operators failed to perform or even provide basic accounting and Crowdstreet did very little to assist the investor. They never seemed to care about the investors, just making their cut of the deals. After investing just over a million dollars through Crowdsteet, I stopped even looking there for deals and now invest elsewhere.

CS brings many deals to the public CS brings many deals to the public, from many companies. You can invest in company A and may wait a while until another opportunity presents itself on their platform. NO WHERE does CS state your ability down the road to invest directly with Company A in a completely different venture will be blocked by CS!! This is wrong on so many levels. Greedy? Maybe. Deceitful? No doubt. Someone you want to do business with? Hell NO.
