We have had our marmosets for 3 years… We have had our marmosets for 3 years and have not found a better company for all our treat and toy needs. We are loyal customers not only because they have great products but ANYTIME we're missing something, we received the wrong item or something arrived damaged they are always quick to respond and take care of the situation. There has even been a few times we've had to call to make sure a treat was safe for our monks and they go the extra mile to get us an answer. There is no better business we could turn to for our little exotic family.

Great Product Fast Shipping I ordered the Treadmill Wheel for my chinchillas and I am extremely satisfied! The product is as advertised and the best part, it is extremely quiet! The company shipped out my product the following day (I ordered late in the evening) and it arrived within a few days. I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

WASTE OF MONEY Received 10 lbs of dried black soldier flies for my chickens and bag is half dust. We have ordered from this company before and did not have a problem. When I reached out to company they said it might have been rough handling during shipment and offered me a $5 discount on next shipment. Will not be ordering from them again .

I received my order promptly I received my order promptly, the items I ordered are exactly as promised and advertised. Their prices are fair & reasonable. Packaging of the food items are good and packaging of my order was great which is important to me. I haven’t had to contact customer service so I can’t review that but so far I’m very happy and will continue to be a patron.
