I received my order promptly I received my order promptly, the items I ordered are exactly as promised and advertised. Their prices are fair & reasonable. Packaging of the food items are good and packaging of my order was great which is important to me. I haven’t had to contact customer service so I can’t review that but so far I’m very happy and will continue to be a patron.

VERY POOR QUALITY My wife ordered the Borneo cage, which at the time was on sale for $328. The overall quality of this cage is very poor. This one was received with a damaged tray, and upon request for return and refund, she was informed that this company does not do returns. After two attempts, they finally shipped us an undamaged replacement tray. Bottom line is, this is still a very poor quality cage. In our future, we will most definitely be shopping for AMERICAN MADE!

WASTE OF MONEY Received 10 lbs of dried black soldier flies for my chickens and bag is half dust. We have ordered from this company before and did not have a problem. When I reached out to company they said it might have been rough handling during shipment and offered me a $5 discount on next shipment. Will not be ordering from them again .

Was told the add in to my cage I… Was told the add in to my cage I purchased would fit the cage I have so I ordered it, then sent an email to be sure and they told me no it won’t fit after I already purchased it, they haven’t even shipped it and I am cancelling the order and they are charging me $77 to return it and it hasn’t even been delivered! I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company, were not willing to help me at all!
