This product is killing animals. I used the squirrel milk replacer and my animals all died of malnutrition- I later found other rehabbers who had experienced the same thing. This product is killing animals!

I received my order promptly I received my order promptly, the items I ordered are exactly as promised and advertised. Their prices are fair & reasonable. Packaging of the food items are good and packaging of my order was great which is important to me. I haven’t had to contact customer service so I can’t review that but so far I’m very happy and will continue to be a patron.

Was told the add in to my cage I… Was told the add in to my cage I purchased would fit the cage I have so I ordered it, then sent an email to be sure and they told me no it won’t fit after I already purchased it, they haven’t even shipped it and I am cancelling the order and they are charging me $77 to return it and it hasn’t even been delivered! I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company, were not willing to help me at all!

Their information section of their website helped me through a lot of my questions with my new sugar gliders. their products and customer service are above par in almost every way! I would encourage anyone to shop with exotic nutrition. Just remember always do your research as to make sure that the product you buy is for the animal that you are supplying for.

First order, great products. I recently made my first order, and I recieved the items today. Everything purchased was top quality, and the items came sooner than expected! My sugar glider loves her new pouch, and the option to add an ice pack saved her yogurt treats from melting during transit. I will most definitely be making more purchases from the Exotic Nutrition website.
