Whenever I've had order issues, need something quickly, have to contact the sales department or have a question - I have NEVER BEEN LET DOWN. The company takes care of all the issues, and addresses my questions or concerns QUICKLY. I do not go anywhere else, I buy everything I need from this company! I suggest anyone with exotic animals use this company for supplies, food items, cages, and necessities. You will not be disappointed. I have been purchasing products for over 4 years, so I am very familiar with their products and services.

BUYERS BEWARE My husband purchased a 8 inch hamster wheel. Somehow the 11 inch came through on the email order confirmation. After contacting customer service of the error we were informed we would have to pay to ship the item back. The wheel itself costs 17$ and return shipping would be 13$. BUYERS BEWARE check your email confirmation to make sure the item you intended to purchase is included because if it isn't this company is not willing to work with you at all. They said they will have their engineer look into the issue.

We have had our marmosets for 3 years… We have had our marmosets for 3 years and have not found a better company for all our treat and toy needs. We are loyal customers not only because they have great products but ANYTIME we're missing something, we received the wrong item or something arrived damaged they are always quick to respond and take care of the situation. There has even been a few times we've had to call to make sure a treat was safe for our monks and they go the extra mile to get us an answer. There is no better business we could turn to for our little exotic family.
