She took the time to walk me through the process of listing my property; helping me to understand how important it is to edit my listing and saving the information. In addition, Michelle rearranged my photos in such a way to appeal to prospective tenants. She is knowledgeable, patient, professional and sweet as she can be. What a relief to have worked with her. I tried to do this with at least with 3 other consultants at Furnished Find but they didn't compare to Michelle. She is awesome!

GBVery uncaring and unwilling to help, will never use them again. I am disgusted with furnished finder. I chose to cancel my subscription or whatever you call it and of course they auto debited my account in the amount of 248.00 and told me that they had sent me emails informing me of the pending charge. I never received the emails, they are so uncooperative and so unwilling to help. I tried to cancel it but they make it impossible online to do so. They never refund no matter what. Do not use this service if you think you may need to cancel at any time and make sure you remove your auto debit feature from the website. The reps were so frustrating to talk to and they could care less about the customer. I will never use them again.

GBI am writing as a landlord I am writing as a landlord; I just wanted to see the activity the site could generate, and after a month I found a long term tenant using Zillow. I placed the FF account into hidden mode and never logged in again. After a year I was charged for another year's subscription. FF said according to terms and conditions that's what they do. When checking my account setting the auto renewal was in "off". They absolutely refuse to refund my $149 for a service they know I am not using....total corporate greed in my opinion.
