Following up on my recent review Following up on my recent review, my credit card company has refunded the payment that I made to this company. Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!

Upon looking at the harness I had… Upon looking at the harness I had purchased a similar one from another company. I actually thought I had ordered the correct size but once I processed the order I realized it was XXS and needed XXL. Customer support immediately corrected my mistake. Once the harness arrived we were very pleased with our purchase and it fit our GSD perfectly. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Pup's Closet Respects Their Clients! Pup's Closet is a very informative and user-friendly website to peruse and place orders. On receipt of my dog's new collar I realised I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size. Emailed Jessica at Pup's Closet who was very understanding and promptly replied to my queries - even on a Sunday! I offered to return the collar to her but she very generously allowed me to keep the original and will now send me a larger replacement! I'll happily order more items from Pup's Closet in the future and recommend them to all my dog owning friends and park acquaintances.

complete lack of customer service i made an order; payment was completed at my bank on sept 19th....i have not seen nor heard from any customer service rep and/or any other person from this company...and i have reached out very politely dozens of times....i have no idea of what is going on w/my order...nor do i care any longer...i will never use this company again...and i will make sure my animal loving friends know how 'pups closet' treats their customers....william hancock

I love this company and their products I love this company and their products! My four dogs look so cute in their brightly colored halters proudly displaying their names and our phone number. When I needed help with an additional order, they were incredible! I highly recommend PupsCloset products and their people. My pups and I appreciate being treated so well!
