I love this company and their products I love this company and their products! My four dogs look so cute in their brightly colored halters proudly displaying their names and our phone number. When I needed help with an additional order, they were incredible! I highly recommend PupsCloset products and their people. My pups and I appreciate being treated so well!

Following up on my recent review Following up on my recent review, my credit card company has refunded the payment that I made to this company. Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!

Love Them! Frequent Customer I have re-purchased customized collars and leashes for both of my cocker spaniels 3 times from Pups Closet! The quality of the material is very nice. It is thick and strong without being too heavy on their necks. The clasp on the buckle is very dependable and has never come undone. This company puts true effort and care into their products.

Body harness snap unsnapped three times One of the body harness snaps unsnapped itself on three separate occasions. This allowed our dog to break free and run wide circles from us and took four people to capture the dog. He had enjoyed the runs but left us unhappy. We went out an bought a simpler body harness and it has worked without a problem. The velcro name tag was larger than the place it was to attached to on the harness. We cut it down to make it fit.
