Did not receive item Did not receive item. My credit card was charged. I have attempted several times to reach out via email with no reply. Additionally, when checking their online store, it says this ecommerce store is closed at this time. There is no other way to contact them.

Comfortable Quality Harness The harness is wonderful and my dog really seems to be comfortable in it. I’m only giving 4 stars however because shipping took almost 2 weeks. I tried to reach out and see what the delay was but never got a response. Regardless I would purchase again and recommend their harnesses.

complete lack of customer service i made an order; payment was completed at my bank on sept 19th....i have not seen nor heard from any customer service rep and/or any other person from this company...and i have reached out very politely dozens of times....i have no idea of what is going on w/my order...nor do i care any longer...i will never use this company again...and i will make sure my animal loving friends know how 'pups closet' treats their customers....william hancock

I ordered a small size dog harness and… I ordered a small size dog harness and added the engraving of my dog’s name. Unfortunately the tag upon which the name is stitched upon is greater than the harness resulting on the hard material sticking out and discomforting my dog. A quality focus approach to business would have trimmed the excess material. In will-cost me additional money to get it done myself. A little focus on detail would have earned you top marks.

Body harness snap unsnapped three times One of the body harness snaps unsnapped itself on three separate occasions. This allowed our dog to break free and run wide circles from us and took four people to capture the dog. He had enjoyed the runs but left us unhappy. We went out an bought a simpler body harness and it has worked without a problem. The velcro name tag was larger than the place it was to attached to on the harness. We cut it down to make it fit.
