AUPup's Closet Respects Their Clients! Pup's Closet is a very informative and user-friendly website to peruse and place orders. On receipt of my dog's new collar I realised I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size. Emailed Jessica at Pup's Closet who was very understanding and promptly replied to my queries - even on a Sunday! I offered to return the collar to her but she very generously allowed me to keep the original and will now send me a larger replacement! I'll happily order more items from Pup's Closet in the future and recommend them to all my dog owning friends and park acquaintances.

GBWell made harness but just didn't work Purchased a small (12lb) harness that had capability to add dog's name or text on the sides of the harness. Loved the idea that it was super easy to put on! Did not like the stiffness of the body's fabric (more like a quilted thickness) or the velcro panel name plates that were provided to stick on each side of the harness body. Name plates are way too large for a smaller dog's harness.

GBDid not receive item Did not receive item. My credit card was charged. I have attempted several times to reach out via email with no reply. Additionally, when checking their online store, it says this ecommerce store is closed at this time. There is no other way to contact them.

CAI ordered a small size dog harness and… I ordered a small size dog harness and added the engraving of my dog’s name. Unfortunately the tag upon which the name is stitched upon is greater than the harness resulting on the hard material sticking out and discomforting my dog. A quality focus approach to business would have trimmed the excess material. In will-cost me additional money to get it done myself. A little focus on detail would have earned you top marks.

GBPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I receive my dog harness on 8/23/23 which was NOT PERSONALIZED as ordered. On this same day, I emailed their Customer Support Team requesting a FULL REFUND and instructions for RETURNING the dog harness. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT!! NO RESPONSE. So today, 8/25/23 (2-business days later), I sent a SECOND email AND did an on-line Chat response. NO RESPONSE
