I ordered a replacement of 4/4 due to ship 4/8 requested update on 4/10, 4/11, 4/12 and have not heard word one very frustrating to try and deal with If I don't hear back today I will cancel my order dispute charges and go back to dr marty

GBFrustrating customer service I had several shipments with this company that went well until recently. I placed an order, which they could not fulfill because of supply issues, and instead of canceling the order like I requested, they just kept giving me the run-around. So, at this point I am out over $200 with no confirmed timeline for shipment, and nothing to feed my dog. They could have just canceled the order and refunded my money, and I would have placed another order in the future. However, after being disregarded by their customer service, I'm done.
