GBTotal lack of transparency I live in Belgium and ordered a mug from here. The mug itself was as expected and great but turns out the item was shipped from the UK which was not at all clear on the website nor was it mentioned when I entered the delivery address. I had to pay almost 50% more as custom fees. On top of this, they kept sending emails to leave a review and when I mentioned this issue and wrote a 3 star review, they didn’t even publish it. It’s not very surprising then that all they have are 5 star reviews on their website. Find this very dishonest and bad service

BEOrdered a mug for Christmas Ordered a mug for Christmas. 2 times the shipping went wrong. But the customer service was amazing! They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted it to be shipped again. The second time I suggested shipping through another company since that was where the problem was. Third time's a charm! It got delivered and it's such a cute coffee mug. The quality is good. I can definitely recommend this, as long as they are with a different courier!

AUWrong colour Mug very expensive, with postage over $50 aud for a mug 🙄🙄. Might have been worth it if it was what I ordered but the hair colour was not consistent with what I ordered. It came light brown instead of orange. No answers on email of Facebook.

GBDon't expect it on time Provide delivery projections that are far from reality. I paid extra for "express" delivery, and it is arriving 2 weeks after I ordered and almost 10 days after it was expected. For a dinky mug, that is unacceptable.
