Anyone can make a mistake, but... Anyone can make a mistake, it's how you deal with it that separates the excellent from the average. A very quick and bespoking process for both a sleep shirt and a mug and timely delivery, despite it being just a fortnight before Christmas. Unfortunately, a small spot of orange colour from one of the cats had bled onto the shirt sleeve; it wasn't a big deal really, but it just spoiled an otherwise lovely gift, making it look like a second. I emailed customer service and copy and pasted that onto their online contact form. I received a really lovely and contrite reply inside 36 hours that informed me the shirt had already been reprinted and they would do their level best to get it delivered in time for Christmas. It arrived just 3 days later and well in time. Brilliant (and amusing) comms and a first class recovery of a slightly tricky situation. Well done Team Kittenfy - I'm very happy to recommend your products as well as your customer service.

Ordered a mug for Christmas Ordered a mug for Christmas. 2 times the shipping went wrong. But the customer service was amazing! They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted it to be shipped again. The second time I suggested shipping through another company since that was where the problem was. Third time's a charm! It got delivered and it's such a cute coffee mug. The quality is good. I can definitely recommend this, as long as they are with a different courier!

Mug arrived broken, no answer from email Ordered a personalised mug for my boyfriend for his birthday with our cats. Paid £24 which for a mug is expensive and afterwards found much cheaper on the likes of Etsy. Delivery time wasn’t an issue it’s just when it arrived I could hear it was smashed before even opening it. Once opened I saw the mug shattered as they’d put not bubble wrap or paper in and just chucked it in the cardboard box. Contacted them on email, no reply, used the online complaint box, no reply, contacted them on instagram, replied asked to send a photo of the design on the mug, sent and no reply now after two weeks. My boyfriends birthday has passed now so I just want a refund so I’ve not completely lost £25. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company

Do not buy from this company Do not buy from this company! I spent over $50 only to receive 2 t-shirts that are made of poor quality material. I would be embarrassed to give these to my daughters. Also these shirts are MENS sizes! I ordered a large and it is enormous! Of course they don’t have a customer service number so I emailed and they basically said no refunds. I can’t understand who these people are giving five star reviews.
